An organization is like a tree full of monkeys. Some monkeys are climbing up, some down. The monkeys on top look down and see a tree full of smiling faces. The monkeys on the bottom look up and see nothing but assholes. 조직이란 원숭이로 가득한 나무와 같다. 어떤 원숭이는 올라가고, 어떤 원숭이는 내려간다. 위에 있는 원숭이는 나무 아래 수많은 웃고 있는 원숭이를 보게 되지만, 밑에 있는 원숭이는 위를 쳐다봐야 꼴 보기 싫은 바보들밖에 보이지 않는다.
