A doctor was having an affair with his nurse and she was pregnant. Not wanting his wife to know, he gave the nurse a sum of money and asked her to go to Italy. And he said "Send me a postcard and write 'spaghetti'. I'll take care of expenses."
Not knowing what else to do, the nurse flew to Italy.
Six months went by and then one day the doctor came home and found a postcard from Europe: "Spaghetti, Spaghetti, Spaghetti, Spaghetti - Two with sausage and meatballs, two without."

6개월 후 의사는 퇴근해서 집에 돌아와보니 이렇게 쓰여진 엽서 한장이 도착해있었다. "스파게티, 스파게티, 스파게티, 스파게티. 두개는 소시지와 미트볼이 함께 나왔고, 다른 두개는 그냥 나왔음."
