Over breakfast one morning, a woman said to her husband, "I bet you don't know what day this is." "Of course I do," he indignantly answered. At 10 AM, the doorbell rang and when the woman opened the door, she was handed a box containing a dozen long stemmed red roses. At 1 PM, a foil wrapped, two pound box of her favorite chocolates arrived. Later, a boutique delivered a designer dress. The woman couldn't wait for her husband to come home. "First the flowers, then the chocolates and then the dress!" she exclaimed. "I've never had a more wonderful *Groundhog Day in my life!" 어느 날 아침에 식사를 하면서 여자가 남편에게 "오늘이 무슨 날인지 모르죠?"라고 물었다. 남자는 항변하듯이 "물론 알고말고요"라고 답했다. 오전 10시. 초인종이 울려 문을 열자 예쁘게 다듬어진 긴 장미 12송이가 든 박스 하나가 그녀 앞으로 배달됐다. 낮 1시. 그녀가 가장 좋아하는 초컬릿 2파운드가 잘 포장돼 도착했다. 이후에는 디자이너 숍에서 구입한 드레스까지 왔다. 여자는 남편이 돌아오는 걸 기다리기가 힘들었다. "처음엔 꽃, 다음엔 초컬릿, 그리고 드레스라니!" 아내가 외쳤다. "이보다 멋진 성촉절(봄이 도래함을 기뻐하는 명절)을 결코 보내본 적이 없어요!"
