The coroner examined three dead bodies with big smiles on their faces and explained what has happened. (Pointing to the first body) "Englishman, 60, died of heart failure while making love to his mistress, hence the smile." (Turning to the second body) "Scotsman, 25, won a thousand pounds on the lottery, spent it all on whisky. Died of alcohol poisoning, hence the smile." (Standing beside the third one) "Irishman, 30, struck by lightening." "Why is he smiling then？" asked the police inspector. (두 번째 시신 쪽을 돌아보며) "25세 스코틀랜드인, 1,000파운드 복권에 당첨된 뒤 그 돈을 위스키 마시는데 탕진했어요. 알코올 중독으로 죽어 저렇게 웃고 있네요." (세 번째 시신 옆에 서서) "30세 아일랜드인, 벼락을 맞아 죽었어요." "그런데 왜 웃고 있죠?" 경찰이 물었다. "사진촬영 하는 줄 알았나 봐요."
