Although they had been warned numerous times, several employees at the supermarket habitually came in late.
When they expected the store manager to admonish them again, the manager walked in with a beautifully wrapped package.
When asked who the gift was for, he replied, “It`s a farewell gift for the next person who`s late around here.”
여러 번 경고를 받았음에도 불구하고 슈퍼마켓 직원 가운데 몇 사람은 늘 출근 시간에 지각을 했다.
그래서 지배인이 또 한번 야단을 치겠구나 하고 직원들이 생각하고 있을 때, 지배인이 예쁘게 포장한 물건을 들고 나타났다.
사람들이 누구에게 줄 선물이냐고 물었더니 지배인 왈. “다음 번에 지각하는 사람에게 줄 작별 선물입니다.”
