A six-year old boy comes crying to his mother because his little sister pulled his hair. "Don't be angry," the Mother says, "Your little sister doesn't realize that pulling hair hurts." A short while later, there's louder crying and the Mother goes to investigate. This time the sister is bawling and her brother say, "I guess she knows. I let her know" '여동생이 자신의 머리를 잡아당겼다'며 여섯 살짜리 소년이 엄마에게 울면서 찾아왔다. "화내지 말아라, 네 동생은 머리를 잡아당기면 아프다는 걸 모르잖니", 어머니가 말했다. 잠시 후에 더 크게 우는 소리가 들려서 어머니가 무슨 일인가 가봤다. 이번에는 여동생이 엉엉 울고 있었다. 소년이 말했다. "이제 동생도 알 거에요. 내가 알려줬어요."
