A young executive was leaving the office late one evening when he found the CEO standing in front of a shredder with a piece of paper in his hand.
"Listen," said the CEO, "this is a very sensitive and important document here, and my secretary has gone for the night. Can you make this thing work for me?"
"Certainly," said the young executive. He turned the machine on, inserted the paper, and pressed the start button.
"Excellent, excellent!" said the CEO, as his paper disappeared inside the machine. "I just need one copy…."
어느 날 저녁 늦게 한 젊은 임원이 사무실을 나서다 CEO가 파쇄기 앞에 문서 한 장을 들고 서 있는 것을 발견했다.
"이보게," CEO가 말했다. "여기 이 문서가 아주 민감하고 중요한 건데 내 비서가 퇴근했지 뭔가. 자네 이 기계 좀 작동시킬 수 있나?"
"물론입니다." 젊은 임원이 말했다. 그는 파쇄기 전원을 켠 뒤 문서를 넣고 시작 버튼을 눌렀다.
"훌륭해, 훌륭해!" CEO는 파쇄기 속으로 문서가 사라지자 이렇게 말했다. "한 장만 복사해주면 되네…."
