A middle aged woman has a heart attack. While on the operating table she has a near death experience. She sees God, and asks if this is it. God says no, that she has another 30~40 years to live. She recovers, and decides to stay in the hospital and have a face lift, liposuction, tummy tuck, hair dyed, etc. Unfortunately, she walks out of the hospital after the last operation and immediately gets hit by an ambulance. She arrives in front of God and asks, "I thought you said I had another 30 or 40 years?" To which God replies, "To tell you the truth, I didn't recognize you." 한 중년 여인이 심장마비로 수술을 받다가 거의 죽음의 문턱에 이르렀다. 여인은 신과 만나 이제 죽는 거냐고 물었다. 신은 그렇지 않다면서 여인이 앞으로 30~40년간 더 살 것이라고 말했다. 여인은 회복되자 병원에 머물며 주름살 제거, 지방 흡입술, 복부지방 제거술, 염색 등 각종 시술을 하기로 했다. 불행하게도 여인은 마지막 시술 뒤 병원을 걸어 나오다가 앰블런스와 부딪혔다. 그녀는 신 앞에 도착해 되물었다. "30~40년은 더 산다면서요?" 그러자 신이 답했다. "솔직히 말하자면… 너 인줄 몰랐어."
