학창시절에 늘 싸우기만 했던 두 사람이 한 명은 해군제독, 또 한 사람은 주교가 되어 둘다 유명해졌다. 몇 년이 지나 기차역 플랫폼에서 만나게 되자 거구의 주교는 제복을 입은 제독에게 다가가 물었다. "역장님, 10시15분발 열차는 어느 플랫폼에서 떠납니까?" 해군제독이 대답했다. "5번 플랫폼입니다. 하지만 부인께선 그 몸으로 여행해서는 안 될 텐데요."
Two schoolboys constantly battled in school, but they both became famous, one as an admiral and the other as a bishop. Years later, meeting on a railroad platform, the bishop, who had gained weight, swept up to the uniformed admiral and asked: "Stationmaster, from what platform does the 10:15 train leave?"
