세계 인구가 줄어들 때
Two demographic scientists were preparing a paper on the population explosion.
One of them announced grimly, "At the rate the population is increasing now, there will be standing room only on the earth."
"In that case," his colleague answered "the birth rate should stop increasing pretty quickly!"
두 인구학자가 인구 폭발에 대한 보고서를 작성하고 있었다.
한 사람이 침통한 심정으로 말했다. "이대로 인구가 증가하면 지구에는 사람이 서있을 자리밖에 남지 않겠는걸"
그러자 그의 동료 왈(曰) "그 지경이 되면 출생률은 급속도로 떨어질 걸세!"
