A blind man was waiting at a street with his guide dog. After a short wait, the dog started leading the blind man across the street against the red light. First a motorcycle comes almost hitting at him, but still the dog leads on. Then a car almost wipes them out and curses as he goes by. After they finally reach the far corner the blind man reaches in his pocket and pulls out a cookie and offers it to the guide dog. At this point another person who has watched the entire episode interrupts and asking why he was rewarding the dog after the dog had endangered his life. The blind man responded, "I'm not rewarding him, I'm just trying to find out which end is his head so I can kick him in the ass." 한 맹인이 그의 맹도견(盲導犬)과 함께 길가에서 (건널목 신호를)기다리고 있었다. 잠시 후에 맹도견은 신호등이 빨간불인데도 주인을 이끌고 건널목을 지나가기 시작했다. 먼저 오토바이가 맹인을 거의 칠 뻔 했지만 맹도견은 계속 나아갔다. 그러자 이번에는 자동차가 이들을 거의 뭉개버릴 뻔 했다. 자동차 주인은 맹인에게 욕을 해댔다. 이들이 마침내 건널목을 건너 길가 모퉁이에 도착하자 맹인은 주머니에 손을 넣어 쿠키 한 개를 꺼내더니 맹도견에게 주었다. 이 때 지금까지의 모든 상황을 지켜봤던 한 사람이 '맹도견이 당신의 목숨을 위태롭게 했는데 왜 보상을 해 주느냐'고 따져 물었다. 이에 맹인이 답하길, "난 내 맹도견을 보상해 준 게 아니오. 난 단지 어느 쪽이 머리인지 안 후에 그 녀석의 엉덩이를 걷어차려고 한 거요"
