There is a country that is miserably poor that couldn't afford to get police officers own uniforms. So this country made a law that allows only cops can grow a mustache. When I was in this country I ran into some guy. He said he's a cop. Since he had no mustache, I asked him to prove he's real deal. Then he took off his pants with briefs and said, "See? I'm a GESTAPO."
