A school teacher injured his back and had to wear plaster cast around the upper part of his body. It fit under his shirt and was not noticeable. On the first day of the term， he found himself assigned to the toughest students in school. Soon the classroom became a bit unruly and he admonished them. This happened several times when the strong breeze from the open window made his tie flap annoyingly. So he took a big stapler and stapled the tie to his chest which is covered by the plaster cast. Discipline was not a problem from that day forth. 학교 교사가 등을 다쳐 상체 전체에 깁스를 했다. 깁스는 셔츠로 가려져서 겉으로 드러나지 않았다. 학기 초에 그는 가장 말썽이 많은 학급에 배정받았다. 곧 교실은 통제불능 상태에 빠졌고, 그가 학생들을 야단쳐야 하는 일이 수 차례 거듭됐다. 때마침 열린 창문으로 세찬 바람이 불어와 그의 넥타이가 성가시게 펄럭였다. 그는 책상 위에 놓였던 큼직한 스테이플러를 집어 들어 깁스를 한 가슴팍에 넥타이를 고정시켰다. 그날 이후 이 학급에서 규율이 문제되는 일은 없었다.
