Seems an elderly gentleman had serious hearing problems for a number of years.
He went to the doctor and the doctor was able to have him fitted for a of hearing aids that allowed the gentleman to hear 100%. The elderly gentleman went back in a month to the doctor and the doctor said, "Your hearing is perfect. Your family must be really pleased you can hear again."
To which the gentleman said, "Oh, I haven't told my family yet. I just sit around and listen to the conversations. I've changed my will five times!"
한 노인이 오랜 기간 귀가 들리지 않는 듯해 의사를 찾아갔다. 의사는 노인에게 100% 들을 수 있는 보청기를 맞춰줬다. 노인은 돌아간 후 한 달 있다가 다시 의사를 찾아왔다.
의사가 말했다. "당신의 청력은 완벽합니다. 가족들도 당신이 다시 들을 수 있다는 사실을 무척이나 기뻐할 겁니다."
그러자 노인이 말했다. "아, 가족들에게는 아직 말하지 않았다오. 그냥 앉아서 가족들이 말하는 걸 듣기만 하다가 유언장을 다섯 번이나 바꿨지 뭐요!"
