A blind man walked into a bank with his seeing-eye dog that guided him everywhere. He walked into the center of the bank floor, took the dog by the chain, and started swinging him around his head.
Everyone stopped what they were doing and stared. The other customers were taken aback and some were very upat the way the animal was being treated. One of the tellers ran up to the blind man and asked, "Sir, what are you doing!?!" The man turned toward the teller and said, "Oh, nothing…just looking around."
한 봉사가 그를 안내하는 맹도견을 데리고 은행에 갔다. 은행 로비의 한 가운데서 그는 그는 개 목줄을 잡고선 머리 위로 빙빙 돌리기 시작했다.
그러자 모든 사람들이 의아해 하면서 그를 쳐다 보았다. 어떤 사람들은 뒤로 흠칫 물러 섰고, 어떤 이들은 개를 불쌍하게 여기면서 화를 냈다. 그 때 창구 여직원이 달려 와서 봉사에게 "지금 뭐하고 있는 거예요" 하고 날카롭게 쏘아붙였다. 그러자 그 남자 하는 말, "아, 아무 것도 아니예요…단지 주변을 좀 살펴보고 있는 중이예요."
