A senator is having a tour at a hospital. The head physician is showing her around and they walk past a room where a guy is whacking off. The physician says, “that man has a serious condition where fluid builds up in his testicles. If he doesn't get rid of the fluid, his testicles will rupture.”
A few rooms down the hall, they come across another man who’s getting a blow job from an attractive nurse. “What's going on?” she asks. He replies, “Same problem, better health plan.”
